If I don't have a second shooter with me, it’s super helpful if you can nominate an usher/friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2!) to help arrange and corral everyone for the formal photos and help keep things running smooth and quick. Ideally someone in the bride/grooms party who knows most of the key people, and someone happy to shout and organize everyone! Often I’ll reach out to them before the wedding to say hello and make sure they’ve got a copy of a list of the images we need. If you could name the ideal candidate here and include their email/phone numbers – that would be great!

Are there any family situations I should be privy to, such as divorces/separations/deaths/medical or mobility issues/etc, during family portraits?
